I have the same issue in a R1S that I picked up yesterday. I contacted Rivian and they suggested deleting and reinstalling the app. That didn't work, so they created a ticket and said a mobile tech would call me to schedule an appointment.
My timeline for an R1S launch edition:
5.19.2019 preorder
4.11.22 Received guide email
4.13.22 Initial call with guide
11.16.22 Assigned VIN
12.13.22 Received schedule delivery email
12.17.22 Delivery scheduled
I am picking up the R1S from the Phoenix service center....I live in Tucson...
