I've noticed a dent or warp on the front bumper near the charge port. I took the car to a dent removal place and they mentioned that the entire area around the charging port is plastic, and paintless dent repair cannot fix it. I'm curious if anybody else has experienced this issue.

Unfortunate low speed, driveway ooopsie resulted in a sizeable dent in the rear quarter panel. Any advice or guidance on if PDR is possible or should I contact Rivian SC for the repair. I'm in the Raleigh, NC area, so any local repair knowledge would be immensely helpful. Thanks!
