service sucks

under 2000 miles and frt right cv boot leaking, appears to be a leak... not a tear. Chat with Rivian, call Rivian, trying to get a boot ( I'm 200 miles from service center).. they say we'll talk with service center and get back with ya... they don't. I've called three times now over the last 6...
