truck bed led lights

I’ve had my truck for over a year and I’m still looking for a way to keep the bed on longer than just a few minutes! Does anyone know how to turn them to stay on! I don’t find anything in the Manuel or on line! Going camping it would be helpful Nothing in camp mode address this. PLEASE HELP
