I can't listen to it with audio right now, have you shared how you're getting the CAN data for the pack temperatures?
Via CANserver and Tes⸱LAX, but it’s not a publicly available solution yet.

They’re likely concerned about making the temperate gradient worse - hotter cells getting hotter and cooler cells getting cooler.

This is a pretty technical video, but essentially I’m comparing the charge taper curve between new and old software and how they’re managing the heat of charging. New software is marginally better.

Have you been able to tell if they are circulating coolant prior to flipping on the chiller?

Your presumption would certainly explain why my truck has had more problems with pack temperature during charges in the extreme cold.

Not currently, but would like to have pump duty cycle data and inlet temp data.
