We are selling our 2022 Rivian R1S Quad Motor Launch Edition. It has been an absolutely incredible vehicle, and the only reason we’re selling it is because my wife wanted a new one with a different color combination. I’ll be sad to see this early edition go, as it has a few features that are no longer available on the newer models. Detailed information below. Located in the Charlotte area.
Specs:
El Capitan Granite exterior color
Black interior with black ash wood trim
17,017 miles
The tires have about 13k miles on them, as they were swapped over from another Rivian. They’ve been rotated every 8k miles according to manufacturers specifications
Quad Motor AWD with 835hp and 3.1 second 0-60
Large battery pack with a 313 mile range at full charge in conserve mode. I find that I will often get approx. 250 miles on the highway with a full charge pretty easily.
20 inch all terrain wheels and tires
Launch Edition (special edition only available at the beginning of the production run)
Off road package which includes front tow hooks and reinforced underbody paneling
Integrated air compressor with air hose kit
Never used Rivian charge cable bundle
Camp speaker
Features that are no longer available on newer models:
Upgraded Meridian sound system. Honestly, I did not think I would be able to tell the difference between this and the new system, but the Meridian system is substantially better. I will definitely miss it.
12v outlets in the front trunk and under the front dash
Dual horns. This might sound silly, but it is shocking how much better the horn is on the older models before they removed one of them as a cost down.
Water proof wristband key
Other accessories:
Rivian all weather floor mats
T-Wraps matte finish screen protectors on all 3 screens. These are awesome, and don’t show any fingerprints
T-Wraps dual magsafe charging pad. WAY better than the factory installed wireless charger
Rivian compact spare tire
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If it’s still listed, then it’s still available.
