Update:Re the ownership transfer - I sent a email to Rivian “privacy” and also called service and the guide. Things finally look to be moving.
“Yes has called me. That's great she was able to assist with the wifi. I've heard from her and the privacy team. They have looped in the head of our department as well.
They are on it!”
Done. Four days total, but I had to break out the blow torch ?
