I installed my adhesive plate from licenseplatewrap.com about a month ago. I used Sculpey Air Dry Modeling Clay from Walmart to fill in the gap and let it dry for a few days before installing the adhesive plate. It’s been through a few rain storms already and a couple of road trips. I might use some silver paint or pen to color the clay to match the skid plate.

The standard 12x6 from licenseplatewrap worked great for me. The numbers are pretty much exact hight of the bumper.

I was hoping to go with a wrapped front plate similar to what dlbewley has above. But I just made a few rough measurements and I don't think it'll work. Like DeanB1254, my R1 has the tow hooks, so it doesn't have the "flat" front bumper surface. It has all kinds of bevels and edges and seams from separate pieces , and I don't see an easy to get a clean, smooth application.

Rather than drill holes in the bumper, I might try the offset towhook installation instead, leaning towards the Builtright: https://builtrightind.com/products/license-plate-mount-rivian-r1t-r1s-2022

Sounds like it's a bit tricky to position it without blocking the proximity sensors, but it is possible.
