ALEXA STOPPED RESPONDING

With the latest update, Alexa was installed and worked great for those hands-free commands. Last week it just stopped working and does not respond. I rebooted the car and still no Alexa. I miss her and want her back. ANY suggestions??? TYIA

Check your settings and make sure she is turned on. A few updates have disabled her on my wife's profile, requiring me to re-enable it.
