Subscriber. Got the update last night. Installed fast! I have no interest in the tilt mirrors or changing my tires at this time. I clicked on them briefly just to look. What I'd like to see (as far as tires) is being able to manually put in a size. It looks like it just lets you pick from the various optional Rivian sizes? Or am I missing something?

Opening the charge port door with the app will be useful. Don't have to unlock the entire truck now.

I think I saw something about the real-time traffic updates being faster now? If that's the case, traffic was spot-on today. I know this because my commute suuuuucked, and the screen showed me every bit of how bad it was. ??

No love for Gen1 anymore? Are we treated like mobile devices now that gets outdated after a few years? I think this ownership experience will determine my next vehicle.

I don't understand this line of reasoning. A newer vehicle getting features yours doesn't have isn't making your vehicle any worse. Most vehicles are as good as they will be when you drive them off the lot. If Rivian switches generations every couple of years because of how fast autonomous driving tech is developed, that's how it goes.

2023 R1T with 9/23 delivery date, Connect+ from day one and still no update notification. I have always received the updates within a day or so, but….

I was flagged for the update last night, and like others reported, it was paused waiting for WiFi connectivity. Problem was, it would never connect. I had to two-button-reboot the infotainment system, after which it connected right away, downloaded, and performed the update.

Very odd behavior. At least it's done now.

Everything was fine except Apple Music was borked when I went to drive this morning. It just said “error loading library”, reset didn’t fix it. I signed out of Apple Music and back in and that appears to have fixed it (In case others encounter the same thing).

Same here. My truck hadn't updated so I looked into settings and it wouldn't show my wifi network, or even list any of my neighbors'. After a soft reset the wifi started working again and the update was anxious to commence.
