Got in my rig yesterday afternoon and was informed of the software update - finally. Up until that point, I had received no email or Rivian app notification.

They did send out an email. Is it getting spam trapped perhaps?

Nope. No email, anywhere. Just a notification when I entered the vehicle.

I had my 12v replaced this morning with a mobile appointment. I still hadn't received the update, but the engineer told me that it was very likely the 12v issue had prevented the update. Now I have the new 12v, and an hour later got the notification that the update was available to me. Installing now.
