I was trying to submit a service ticket today for my other post nav issue and I got an error stating that it could not submit a ticket. In the process of troubleshooting I cleared the app data on my Pixel 9 pro and now I cannot sign back in. I tested on a Pixel 6 pro and got the same error - both on android 16. Changed my password via the web, no luck.

I used the web page chat to get a ticket opened for both.

Am I the only one?

I'm facing the same issue for the past 3 hours. Unable to create any navigation trips either!

Just got off chat with Rivian. See their response below. FYI, PAAK will be affected take your key card/fob with you.

Just got back from a drive 5 min ago, with multiple entries and exits over the previous hour and a half. PaaK worked flawlessly, so it clearly isnt impacting all Android users.

Same problem here as well. Logged out of the app thinking that would fix the problem and now can't get back in. Called Rivian and they said it's a known issue for Android users that first appeared a few hours ago. Technology is great, until it isn't.

Rivian service says they have a system problem with Androids. Mine is broken, too. They are working on it.

I was finally just able to get back into the app, everything appears to be back to normal.

Today we did our trip back from Boston using NAV and PAAK, worked great for us. Oddly we did have the navigation restart at one point but it picked right back up once it was online again.

App is back online. Had to clear cache and storage to get the login to work.

Will have to setup my phone key......again, but at least it's back to working.

Had the same issue Saturday and it is still occurring. I think I’ll wait a while to see if it resolves on the backend before logging out and setting up PAAK.

Thanks for the idea! Tried this and now connectivity works. I had to reauthenticate when I launched the app. Before this I had tried force stopping and restarting the app. That didn't solve the problem nor required reauthentication.

I couldn't start a charger from app or change charging %. It wouldnt even show the map of chargers. Force stopping app just now fixed it.
