Anyone know how to fix this ?- Passenger seat base trim separation? (please don't just say put in a ticket)

Passenger seat trim has separated I don't see anything broken. I can push it back together but it does not click in or stay in place.

It’s by design. Lower the seat cushion tilt and it will reduce the crack.

Someone else had the same question a few weeks ago and Rivian confirmed it’s by design so there is space for seat adjustments. Definitely not a stupid question!
