Does anyone have pics of the R1S cargo cover in its extended config - i.e., with the third row folded down? The gear shop only has a photo with the third row up, and the manual only has a diagram, no pic. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I never took pics before I returned it, but my 2 cents: the location of the mount for the cargo cover is both too low, making it hard to fit things underneath (or the famed Costco folding boxes don't fit easily underneath), and it doesn't go all the way to the back of the 2nd row chairs, so there's a gap of unused space

Thanks for the data point! Re: the gap to the 2nd row - Was your second row moved all the way back, and tilted all the way back?

No problem. Slid all the way back, and I believe it was one click away from full recline.

I mostly found it very finicky and had trouble getting to fit stuff underneath, and when it would retract the lip sits out awkwardly and sort of droops down. I ended up getting my rear windows tinted and it's dark enough that I don't feel like I need it anymore. Rivian was chill and took the return despite me getting it delivered months before my vehicle

The way I use the cargo cover is when I have something back there, then it's used mostly to keep the sun out of the cargo. Other times, its retracted, so there is no issue loading or unloading (I retract it when unloading beforehand).

The cargo cover placement does go, essentially, all the way to the 2nd row seats without full recline but with seats are set to the rear, since the 3rd row is stowed. 2nd row seats are moved back such that the 3rd row clears opening without having to move both sides up.

The cargo cover has a spring loaded ends so it is a compression fit into the square indentation and the location height is function of where the side windows are.

The negative is when it's placed behind the 2nd row, to reach the cover for extend/retract is bit far away. It is easier with lower tailgate closed. My wife is 5-3 and she has a hard time reaching it without sitting up on the lower tailgate.
