Is it normal to be draining about 2% per day in about 30 degree weather, while not driving or touching it at all? Was away for 10 days and came back to find it down 20%. This was on 2024.51 update. Just updated to 2025.6, hoping it improves this.

Also, seems to be a lot of wind noise while going at highways speeds. Is this normal?

It all sounds pretty normal for those conditions.

Thank you all for the comments.
I was just parked in my driveway. And gear guard was already off.

You need to make sure any of your cellphones or other keys aren’t waking it up each time you walk into a specific room. If the vehicle actually sleeps without constantly being awakened during the day that helps preserve battery.

Still sounds like way too much. They’ve really got to fix this. I assume it still has to do with the extremely small capacity 12volt batteries cycling up and down.

That's disappointing on the battery drain I thought they would get that fixed in the Gen 2.
The wind noise is disappointing as well but I'm getting used to it with my Gen 1. I kept thinking a window wasn't all the way up.

Anywhere from 1% to 2%/day it's considered 'normal'. If you're going to leave your car at home for an extended period, I would recommend enabling "Vehicle Shipping Mode" from the service menu which turns off a lot of functions to save battery.

I'm actually away from home now and I'm trying the shipping mode for the first time, and after two days, I can already see a vast improvement on battery drain being lower than 1%/day (I will have final numbers after averaging the results for the week as normally on Day1 it will drain slower than on the subsequent days).

I also keep thinking my window is cracked open and. I try to close it. I’m actually wondering if the reason you can hear some wind noise is because the vehicle is so quiet? If there was engine noise maybe I wouldn’t be able to hear it at all.

Wouldn’t enabling shipping mode disable the alarm also?

wondering what the drain would be when it starts getting warmer. Hopefully it won’t be 2% per day like in the winter time.

I use to drive a 2020 Honda Pilot. Even with engine noise, this feel exceptionally loud.

Wondering if there is anything we can do to seal it better.

It would, but mine is parked in my garage and if you said you disabled Gear Guard already, then you're half-way there.

My previous experience it was with my garage at ~65F degrees and it was about 1%. Now my garage is oscillating between 55 and 75 degrees, so I'll know how Shipping Mode compares by friday.

It’s still too much. Coming from 2 teslas, I would lose 1 percent per week at most in those cars. Something is still just not right with the power draw when parked. Even in the winter parked at the airport, 1-2 percent PER WEEK.
