Bedding brakes on a new R1S?

I picked up my R1S last week and put +500 miles on it over the weekend. I love it.

So looking for some advice. +500 miles and I haven’t yet used the brakes. I recall reading something about some users having problems stopping suddenly when they hadn’t used their brakes (but didn’t find it when I tried searching the forum). So I am wondering if there is something I should do with the vehicle this weekend to make sure the brakes are properly broken in so they work if/when needed.
