Hoping someone can help. I bought a pre-owned R1T and have been pinging the customer team about twice a week for a month now to get ownership transferred to my Rivian account so that I can use the app and create profiles. Finally found a guide who asked for my bill of sale two weeks ago and there's been silence since. Guide not responding to my emails anymore - seems like a fairly rough entrance to ownership.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get past this step? I understand pre-owned ownership transfers are probably pretty new to the company, but it seems like I've expended a lot of effort compared to what I'm getting back in return.
