I would image this applies for R1S also but my R1T has been acting up lately.
Randomly, I find it powered up with the HVAC going. I’ll glance at the app and see I’ve lost 5% range in a few hours of it being parked.
If this is happening to you, 99% chance it’s the occupancy sensor in the driver seat.
An easy way to test it is watching for the “Push Brake to Start” message. It will only come on if it thinks there is a butt in the driver seat.
The Franklin SC is changing out the seat assembly this week. I opened a ticket a few weeks ago.
Since then, I’ve been using camp mode to keep it powered down if I will be parked for a while. It’s pretty random.
The video I posted here is the one I attached to my service ticket showing that it is still doing it, even as of this morning.
A quick fix is usually tapping the seat to cycle the sensor. You will see in the video the Push Brake to Start message goes away.
