Not going to put a ticket in because I don't think service can fix this but wondering if anyone else sees this.
Listen to music, like FM and then mute by pressing mute on the main screen volume slider; might also do it when pressing the left scroll wheel. Now make a bt phone call and you'll find you can't hear the other person unless you adjust the volume. Doesn't seem to be an independent volume for calls. I guess the car isn't inspecting the BT profile on connect.
"Why is he muting when the car will auto-mute on call," You ask? I just don't want to listen to the radio at all. I also find when using the left scroll wheel to mute, that the phone will annoyingly unmute in certain scenarios.
