I've had the same issue for the past several months. Usually a soft reset fixes it for an hour or so.

Lately however the cameras are working again most of the time (80% of the time).

I have a service appointment next month to get it fixed.

Mine stopped working today too. Neither soft nor hard reset fix it for me. I have a service appointment for next month.

My front already has water in it, have a SC appointment in a month.

Today no cameras, get this message and soft and hard reboot don’t fix it.

Anyone else seen this and resolved it?

My T is in service now for the second time with the same camera fail. Current diagnosis is a failed side mirror cam, which affects all the cameras.

I‘ve had the exact issue. My R1T is in now for the second time, and current diagnosis is a bad passenger side camera, which brought down the entire camera group. Same on screen alert.

I'm still waiting on my service appointment but I think I am going to cancel it.

My cameras stayed off and I also had some intermittent problems with the proximity sensors as well. So sometimes driver+ and other vehicle warnings would work and other times it would say the sensors are not working.

Then I installed software update 2023.26.0 and the cameras came back on upon restart. I have not had any issues at all since then. The cameras had failed a few rides after the previous update. I had tried- like you- many soft and hard resets to no avail.

My theory is that in my case it was a software issue. Maybe some kind of communications error that it should have recovered from but did not that was ultimately fixed with improved code. I'm not sure that will help you since you are probably already on the newer software though.

Had my R1S for two weeks before I got camera and sensor failure. Seems to happen more often when it’s really hot. Got a service appt and they’ve had for two weeks. Took them over a week just to get a technician who was qualified to look at it. They drove it 5 miles and said there isn’t a problem… I told them to keep unit until they find the problem because soft and hard reset didn’t fix it. I think they are hurrying through production currently to get vehicles out and the wiring housing is not sufficient to keep connections stable after driving over bumps and roads. Last thing I want is to get it back and have the same thing happen. I’m shocked by their lack of knowledge about their own vehicles

Sigh, cameras became flakey again after .38- although perhaps just a coincidence- then stopped working altogether. Service appointment two months out in the new year. :( Hate all the tight spots without the cameras.

Did anyone who also had the same problem get their issue resolved and, if so, what turned out to be the problem?

I guess I won't be seeing cameras this year :(

I suppose it is some strange twist of karma that this is my life. Rivian tech tells me camera probably does not work and has impacted the rest. I ask well can you test it. No need- advanced AI means it is not worth testing it. This would be the karma part. Me thinking well it is right there let's test it because every day I work on AI and it is just a predictive model and the ground truth is right there. Oh, well. I guess even if I had pushed the point it would not matter since they didn't have the front harness which is apparently a known issue.

OP here I think getting water in one camera eventually caused all cameras to fail. It got fixed but I never got the details of how they fixed it. Unless I can look at the ticket resolution somewhere?
