I picked up my R1S on June 1 and on June 2 it showed a message that I "needed to pull over for an emergency". After putting in park it said that my 12V Battery System needed service and needed to call a tow. Eventually got a tow today but I haven't heard much from repair team. From what I've seen I suspected that it was just a bad battery that they could swap out easily (ideally with mobile service) but they said that wasn't the case. The only thing I've heard thus far is that the 12V connections weren't loose. Has anyone seen this issue?
The car sat in my driveway for a few days and I went into it a few times out of curiosity and it always woke up fine and I could even put it into drive but then it would complain again. Is something Rivian can fix? Any guesses on ETA?
