Does anyone know what the minimum weight is for the sensors on the front passenger seat to sense that there is someone sitting there and allow dual climates? My 13 year old who weighs around 75lbs does not seem to trigger it even though she has seat belt buckled. The passenger airbag is showing off so I assume it knows someone is sitting there but does not weigh enough. I wish they would let us still control the dual climate.

If she's not slouching in the seat, I'd file a ticket. That should definitely be enough weight to trigger the sensor.

That was my thought as well but wanted a sanity check. Thanks!

That is a good question. I do not believe my 90# son triggers the sensor either.
