This would be even better if it had a pivot, so you could rotated it in and out of the way.

I uploaded the file and ordered a 3D Print from Treatstock (I chose Bellair3D to fulfill the order since they are local-ish). Bellair3D printed it out that same evening and it was in the mail the next day. Took me about 2 minutes. You can do it all using a guest account, it is a snap.

I should note, I wasn’t going to charge. I would just send you one. It’s a very fast print and doesn’t use much material. It takes less than an hour to print. It also works really well. Kudos to the designer.

I printed one of these and it is the hands down solution so far! It has been on my truck for two months now, no issues.

Does anyone have a solution to keep the compressor cover shut? Mine seems like it's just spring loaded and is always a bit open. Seems like something easily snagged to break off. Stick-on velcro seems likely to get fuzzed up and not work.

A generous forum member printed one of these for me. Fits great! Not sure I'll ever understand why Rivian decided to make this door operate differently from the one for the outlets (Guess: maybe they didn't want it spring-loaded so you can more easily view/adjust the tire pressure without it snapping closed when inflating?).

Definitely could see a market for this item if someone wanted to start mass producing.

As someone else mentioned, they work with Gear Guard, as well. Guess that'll stop someone from accessing the air compressor while you're away? Haha. ?

I have a few more of these printed in nylon as I printed 10 at once. Ugly on the backside (white) due to some old crappy filament at the start of the print, but functional. See pix in @Oldsmibile_Mike post above. pm me if interested.
