I can see you’re being half serious, but given they’ve been in production for just over a year and continue to build out infrastructure, I think Rivian has done a great job from a service perspective.

Consider Tesla - late last year a prominent financial analyst shared his feelings on ordering a MY and it wasn’t pretty.

The problem at Rivian is not that you can't connect with a representative, it's that every representative tells you a different story..... all part of the adventure!!!! I'm All in regardless.
