I can see youâre being half serious, but given theyâve been in production for just over a year and continue to build out infrastructure, I think Rivian has done a great job from a service perspective.Did the ratings include customer service and communication?
Consider Tesla - late last year a prominent financial analyst shared his feelings on ordering a MY and it wasnât pretty.
