Costumes Gone… :(

I had so many friends in awe over the Costumes the past few weeks.

I was happy they stilled worked this past weekend, but this morning, they were gone.

I would pay a nominal fee to be able to have fun stuff like that all year long.

I’m sure it also took a good bit of coding/dev time to implement that… Let’s monetize it!!

Yep. I said goodbye to my owl on Saturday when I locked my truck that night. Wassym did say we may get that one all year, but the costumes are just a special thing. I loved that KITT theme!

Most people think of a vehicle as getting them from point A to B... Then Teslas made it "cool" to have a vehicle that was "different"...

Rivian has made its own mark on the vehicle industry (especially EV), but even my friends that own Teslas were wow'd by how "FUN" Rivian made it to own one.

No reason to make that just be for a couple weeks a year. Entice people to buy it all year round!

Here’s a weird one:

I traded in my Gen1 R1S for a Gen2. The Gen1 is still sitting at the lot and tied to my app. Guess what, it still has Costumes and I can trigger them.

I guess they didn’t disable it for everyone.
