AT TIME of delivery, were you presented with the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin ---- aka Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) or Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) - This document needs to be presented to your States' Department of Motor Vehicles (along with the Bill of Sale and a Check for Sales Tax) in order to get Registration and Plates....
IF the MCO (MSO) was NOT presented to you at time of delivery, HOW exactly was it delivered? (i.e. US Postal Service vs. FedEx vs. UPS) - And, HOW long did it take to get it?
