I got a T-Shirt from Rivian service manager after service took longer than expected.
It seems certain Rivian employees are empowered to send some swag as they see fit.
IMO I think it's great that Rivian does these little gestures of goodwill.

Nope. I’ve had them threaten to send me a gift a couple times but never had anything show up. I remember back in the day when you place your deposit it would say give us your address we want to send you a special gift. I’m still wondering what it could have been.

I haven't gotten any free swag.
Which bothers me because I've reported bugs.
They really should have a bug reporting system that rewards good bug finds with swag.
Oh, and they should add the ability to report Nav errors in the vehicle (or the app) where they give swag for every 20 reports.
