We have some friends that restored and customized a 1995 Land Rover Defender to a camper. They upgraded the engine to a turbo diesel.
She decided she wanted a convection stovetop to avoid propane. They knew the guy that designed the Rivian gear tunnel kitchen and they adapted it to the Defender along with an inverter and lithium batteries.
