Dimming the screen for night driving?

while driving at night, what's the easiest way to dim both screens? I'm still in the learning curve, had my R1T for 6 days.

If you go into the car icon, click on the lightbulb, there’s a setting to auto dim the displays

You can also turn on automatic brightness. It works rather well.
