Title pretty much says it all.
Details:

Had our truck coming up on 4 months. Loving it in every way.

On day 1 I set up the driver's seat *just right* for myself.
My wife hasn't driven it since.

She just went out for a drive yesterday. Of course she had to mess with the seat a lot.

I got back in the truck and switched to my driver's profile and... the mirrors moved but not the seat.

So I started to play with the seat controls manually, and it popped up the driver profile configuration screen with a big "Remember" button.
The words on the screen mention steering wheel and mirrors, and explicitly "seat position will be remembered"

So after hitting "remember", I move the seat out of position.
The "Restore" option becomes live.

So I press it, expecting my seat to return to my position.
No dice.

Nothing we can do get's the seat to automatically move at all.

Is this a known bug I've simply glossed over because until now I was the only one driving the truck?
Is there any fix/workaround?

The seat position memory works for me.

You have to be stopped for it to work. Also the lumbar support doesn't have memory even though the truck suggests you should be able to save it after moving only it.

If your issues are outside of that, I'm guessing Rivian Service is going to tell you to let your truck go through a sleep cycle or to reboot it.

Yah, we're talking tilt and front/back adjustments here.

And I only every adjust stopped, in park.

Guess I'll give it a reboot and see...

Possible the seat isn't calibrated. Try adjusting it to all extremes and then testing the memory function.

Hard reset. Mine used to do that and they had me do the hazard reset. Been working fine since.

Does you’re lumbar support work? The lumbar air bag fill?

Ours didn’t and no memory seats

In service they fixed it.

it was as if they forgot to plug in in all the wires.

There is a calibration sequence that can only be done via a technician with a laptop. Either way, file a service ticket and have them take a look at it.
