Do you Hand Wash or Auto Car Wash?

We have a subscription at the local auto wash and run our R1T through several times per week. Much prefer the 10 minutes it takes to clean, vacuum and wipe down at an automatic car wash than the 30-45 minute operation at home.

No issues on the R1T or any of our other cars.

Mind you, I'm not a car buff that insists the shine has to be mirror perfect. More into the utility of the truck.

I go to a local automatic wash. IMHO, I drive a truck, not a show vehicle. Can't be bothered. Though I do like a clean truck....

We have a guy that comes over and hand washes my R1T and my wife’s Tesla - it’s our big splurge… and for the record she likes my truck better

I wash at home with just a hose, plain water in the summer time, during the cooler days/winter, I use Rubbit car wash kit and it has worked out well.

I'm truly the most despicable of all Rivian owners.

I go long periods of time between handwashing and only spot wash.

Like today I spot washed some bird poop off with a hose.

Basically its dark when I start work and its dark when I stop working so there really isn't time to wash the car except weekends.

It's so bad that it looks like a Jeep
