Driver side seat wear, 2022 R1T

Over the weekend I noticed what appears to be wear on the seat piling/stitching on the driver side seat. Don’t have an pix right now but I’ll take some tomorrow. Curious if anyone has experienced any seat wear yet?

Our Dear Opal (our R1T) is just a little over two years old. We are not yet seeing any any driver seat wear. We are pleased with how the entire interior is holding up.

Are you wearing anything that would wear the seat down?. We have had our R1T (2023) for 2 years and not a hint of wear and we have 35,000 miles on it

I have some cracking on the driver's seat near the seat controls. 35k miles. But I'm a large man. Thankfully Rivian can do this via mobile service.

My seats still look pretty good on my 2023 R1T with 34k miles but the other day I noticed the center arm rest look excessively worn, especially around the stitching.

Is that covered by warranty? Looks like some serious rubbing.

January 2024 here. I have about a 2 inch section of the lower seat, left side piping that is showing wear. Rest of the seat looks great.

I doubt that it’s covered under warranty. Been driving for many decades, but have never had a seat wear so badly as that.
