Droping the tailgate on the R1T while towing? What are

Has any one found a a receiver that allows you to drop the tailgate with a trailer attached?
My campers tongue jack doesn't allow me to lower the tailgate while I'm towing. So, I am looking for a solution so I can keep my cooler and gear in the bed with the tonneau cover in place. Then be able to access it with the trailer attached. I am looking for an extended receiver or may be a different tongue jack.

I was wondering if any else has ran into this or if they came up with a better solution?

I put a relocation kit on mine to move the jack out of the way.

Thanks, I like that, I will look into it, do you use a normal length shank or an extended?
