EV PLAY — CarPlay work around for 2025 RT1

I’ve been reading a few threads about this product and was curious if anybody had very simple detailed step-by-step instructions on how this device is installed, and then how you would toggle between it and the main Rivian interface. Also wanted to confirm that when it’s in CarPlay mode. The audio would still be running through the Rivian infotainment system. My main question is how complicated is the wiring and does anything need to be clipped or is it just a simple plug-in play on both ends?

There are no guides or installation instructions as yet as the inventor wants to maintain a "competitive advantage for as long as possible". Many are waiting for more details once released in a couple of weeks.
