I picked up my Rivian on March 20th (leased the car) in New Jersey and it's now been nearly 3 months later and my financial packet from JP Morgan Chase never came. I have emailed and called Rivian countless times the past month or so trying to get answers from them. They are largely clueless. One time I was able to get through to someone who was aware there was an issue with some new accounts having never gotten transferred properly to Chase. But despite saying it would be fixed immediately it never was. Just curious if anyone else is dealing with the same issue? Like I said it's now been 3 months and the only payment I made on the car was the first month when I picked it up. I'm shocked at bad the Rivian customer service has been with this.
