After the accident, I replaced the shock absorber. I don’t know how much fluid was lost.
What kind of liquid is in there? How is fluid replenished in the system?
p.s. the car is very far from the Rivian service,

Rivian service is unwilling to help you over the phone or what?

The car is on another continent! The support service cannot help.
I saw that you are in Asia. Wondering how you replaced anything after an accident in the first place.

My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
You definitely win some sort of prize for bravery being all the way in Kyrgyzstan with a Rivian.

Best bet would get Rivian on the phone and see if they’re willing to help diagnose remotely. I have no idea how you’ll get parts, though.

The right shock absorber was broken, the air cushion and air lines were damaged. There were also problems with the electrical wiring. I collected everything, the car began to rise and drive. But I have not yet found how much fluid has leaked from the shock absorbers. I think this is the last problem and the turtle will go out.

I talked to Rivian, they said they couldn't help. We need to return the car to the USA, then they can make it.
It's not real.

How to find out what specification the liquid is? There is hydraulic suspension fluid from Toyota\Lexus. It's red and I'm afraid there will be a problem. On Rivian the liquid is blue-green in color.

We don't have a service manual for Rivian available so I doubt anyone here can tell you the capacity, type, or procedures for correcting the suspension fluid level.

The only option is to reach out to service and try to find out how to remedy.

Most likely... And I am just guessing here.... Some type of flushing or evacuation will be needed since the existing fluid could also be contaminated.

There are some members in the Middle East who have mentioned a shop out there a few times. I don't have the post handy, but maybe that shop could have some info to share as well. Maybe another forum member has it off the top of their head.

I would imagine that is kinetic fluid for the roll control. If I recall correctly, the system is sealed. Assuming you can identify and source the fluid, it's going to be a pain to determine capacity requirements.

Might try as a last resort as Rivian will not answer question Munro live who has disassembled portions of the truck and posted on internet. Might be of value
