For my R1T, I think I prefer 2025.06 ride feel/suspension over 2025.10

I agree it feels worse overall. At very slow speeds there is a massive improvement but at moderate and highway speeds I'm feeling more vibrations and definitely getting a lot of side to side or skipping (like when driving over a joint on the highway) type movement that unsettles the entire vehicle which was not there before and makes it feel unstable. I don't understand how they find this acceptable or didn't catch it in their testing

I wonder if they can adjust the settings depending on speed.

Interesting all the differences. I had low expectations since I never minded the ride of our 2022 R1T, but I was pretty impressed going through a bunch of diagonal dips and drainage slots in my neighborhood in most modes, and overall in sport it feels much less aggressive but still stiff. I’m a satisfied user

There are rumors that a bespoke mode might be coming. We should have the ability to lock in whatever settings we want.

I want AWD on all the time in my dual motor and it's currently only available if I sacrifice stability.

I’m starting to lose my patience with the constant unintended side effects from these updates - with no reasonable way to decline updates or rollback method.

Other than at extremely low speeds with the suspension being much smoother, it feels exactly the same to me. Which is exactly how Rivian describes this update.

If you think there are other improvements, its the placebo effect.

Perhaps I’m in the minority, but I think I liked the ride feel/suspension with 2025.06 than with 2025.10. For my Gen 1 R1T.

At low speeds on pavement:

2025.10 ride now feels like I’m riding “closer to the ground.” What I mean is that I feel more of the road vibration, and almost like I’m riding on my bump stops.

2025.06 ride felt more like being on air, more separation between road impurities and cabin.

Anyone else feel the same?
Odd. I feel this is the best of any suspension update Rivian has provided since I've owned my R1T (Mar. 2022).
