I've been thinking about it for a couple of months too. Just scheduled delivery for next Saturday so I should probably get serious now.

With the new XPEL factory installed pricing, contemplating Satin on my Forest Green R1T. Is this sacrilege?
I really really love the metal flaking in Forest Green so I don't know how much a Satin PPF would obscure that. I'm hoping they eventually offer the gloss PPF as a full-body option. Then I'd seriously consider it at $4.5k (assuming the price is the same for R1S).

I think it could look amazing but I'll let you get it first and tell me how it looks.

Very likely....added premium perhaps

Yea I was thinking about that too - there's more on the roof line that they'd have to cover, but on the flipside it's a shorter vehicle. So 🤷‍♂️

El Cap is the hands down worst color, most boring, in the line-up.
Strong disagree here. I'd go LA Silver<Black Mountain<Glacier White<Limestone<El Cap in terms of neutral colors. El Cap is so metallic that it gets a lot of reflection from it's surroundings.

Forest Green goes damn well with some dirt.

Love it. This is part of why I love this color. I live on a dirt road so I expect my truck will always look like this.

"Paint chipped?"
"No idea, can barely see the paint anymore."
