Do you still have these? I would imagine there are a ton of resources to get them refinished in your area as there a ton of shops and people there.
I am over in Naples, so not far away, just everyone charges and arm and a leg here for stuff because the rich old folks are fine paying it and curb their stuff often.

@yetti96 Yes these are still available.

The damage is not too bad as you can see in the images.
My opinion is that I would let the wheel(s) get some more "experience" before considering the refinish. I think it would be more worth it.

I was not thinking when I originally posted this, but I have a full size spare (never installed on the vehicle) that I would be willing to swap with Wheel/Tire #4.
I want to maintain a spare in my truck.

The DOTs will be similar same but of course you will have a tread depth mismatch.
