Full spare “group” purchase

Do you mind sharing what they communicated to you?
Have some in thread that were adamant this thread was a poor idea
Just want to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to know what the current options are

I had a service ticket for spare and they told me they’re only selling full sets at the moment. I also spoke with them on the phone because I had a different service appointment scheduled and got the same answer.

I switched from max pack to a R1 Shop purchase 3 weeks ago, and that's the boat I'm in that prompted this thread.

Exact configuration I wanted (minus battery, spare, and working tonneau)

Same here (except I got my tonneau cover working). Found a R1T in the shop that was a launch edition, so I traded out from the max pack and spare. Had everything else I wanted (plus is launch green). My guide and service both told me I can’t buy the spare kit, but they’re looking to make it available in the gear shop “soon.” If I wasn’t in NJ, I’d go in with you on splitting the set.
