Gaithersburg SC Update - and New MD SC Coming Soon?

My R1T was at the Gaithersburg SC to get the tonneau replaced and a couple of other minor things. In on Monday and out on Friday (past week) - I was expecting a lot worse so I was happy about the relatively quick turnaround. The service advisor also said they are opening another SC in MD and are hiring techs now to work in Gaithersburg and shift to the new SC in December. I forgot to make a note of the exact location. I asked her about Tysons and she didn't know about that and specifically said the new SC would be in MD.

I believe the new service center will be in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Wife's r1s is in there now. Dropped off on the 28th with an etc. Of July 8th. They told me they're backed up 2 to 3 weeks currently. My T was scheduled for July 3rd but I rescheduled because it's not urgent.

Folks at the Gaithersburg service center are awesome. And at only 18 mi from me Gaithersburg will still be the closest one.

The map shown during the investor day event showed two more centers around DC, maybe one in Delaware and then several in the PA/NJ/NY area.

Do you all know anyone to talk to at the Gaithersburg SC to get movement on the tonneau install? I am scheduled to drop my truck off there on Tuesday to grt post delivery thing takes care of...i really want that tonneau that i paid for
