Gary the Gear Guard

My wife doesn't anthropomorphize Gary the way everyone else seems to. She calls him "Gary the Gear Guard", which sounds more like a name for a pet, like Frankie the Farm Dog, or Larry the Lap Dog. I guess he does kinda look like a sloth or maybe a slow loris. Both seem appropriate given Gary's reaction time.

By the way, Rivian turned my Gary off after the last software update and I didn't even notice for a few days. Now after updates I will have to always check my settings. Bummer.

Noticed it turns off after every update. Same for the hotspot.
Then I always forget how to access to turn back on

That's weird. My hotspot does turn off after every update, but Gear Guard has literally never turned itself off... ?‍

Same. Gary is always there for me but hotspot always turns off.
