Hotspot connection

Is it me or I cannot connect to the Rivian hotspot? It shows connected but can’t load any pages? Or just super slow.

I asked my guide if this is free and he said for now it is included. But he has no idea when Rivian will start charging for the hotspot. Have you guys heard anything?

Last time I checked mine was kinda slow too, but only when I connect to it with my windows laptop. I was barely getting 0.25 mbps. Seemed to work better when connecting to a phone, that was around 10 mbps. Can't say I've tried it recently tho.

I had the SC check it out the one time I brought it in for an unrelated issue. They said they tested it and it was working properly. I kinda gave up on it since I don't have much use for that feature.
