Hyper-sensitive regen "grab" on 2025.26.30 - Gen 2 R1S Tri Max

I'm trying to determine whether or not this is an example of something I noticed once and am now hyper-fixated on or a genuine issue...

Ever since the update to 2025.26.30, I'm noticing a rougher driving experience in all drive modes. It's not obnoxious, but it feels like whenever I lift off the throttle, the regen "bites" quite quickly and harshly. It almost feels similar to the feeling when you're in Conserve and give it a bit of throttle and the rear motors reactivate.

Anyone else having a similar experience? I'm hoping it's a software fix due to come. Vehicle's definitely drivable, but I'm hyper sensitive to this as my wife tends to get motion sick and I aim for an as-smooth-as-possible drive, always!

I don’t generally do this unless I have an issue after an update, but have you tried a reset to see if it changes anything? Some people do a reset after updates routinely.

With the braking, is regen set higher than before the update? It wouldn’t be the first time an update messed with settings unexpectedly.

I'll give the reset a shot! On setting drift, no. I've had it on high consistently. I did try switching to Low regen and while the effect overall was indeed lower, it still felt like the regen programming was missing a bit of the smooth roll-in that I was used to before.

For what it's worth, the whole UI did crash the day after the update. Not sure if that counts as a reset.

I'll reset in the morning and report back!
