Hypothetical Sunroof Delete Option Poll

Would you choose a painted roof with headliner over the standard glass roof?

If Rivian offered an option to replace the sunroof glass with a piece of paintable, rigid material the same size and shape as the existing glass so there is no view of the sky, would you be interested? This assumes the material (metal, composite, etc.) would be painted on the outside and be covered in the same material as the headliner inside.

I voted yes, definitely would do this as an option. I guess I hadn’t considered it might cost *more* to delete the glass because every other manufacturer seems to charge extra for a moonroof.

I’ve had vehicles with sunroofs before and never once opened it the entire time I owned them :giggle:

I’d hope it would be the same at most, but these are strange times and I’d really like a non-glass option so I included it.
