Incoming call doesn’t ring

New R1T owner here. Love it but a little confused by the behavior of my iPhone 15 when connected by BT- the display shows an incoming call but the audible ring is on the phone itself rather than over the rivian audio. The call audio seems fine. I noted that the Bluetooth media sound box was unchecked so checked it but still no ring. Unpaired and repaired phone but still the same. I assume the ring should come over the vehicle speakers, correct?

I don’t take many calls in my truck and my phone usually has the ringer off, but do you have the volume on your phone turned up? I’m actually not sure what normal behavior is for that example.

It might be worth doing an infotainment reset just to see if anything changes.

What's your phone/ring volume on the truck set to? Hit the speaker icon in the bottom right and then the music icon to expand the contexts.

The phone volume is up and the phone itself does ring.
The system volume for music and phone is also set at a reasonable level.

Checking to see if this was ever resolved. I have the same situation. I thought there has to be a simple setting somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

I have the same problem. I assumed it was because my phone is always set to vibrate only. I figured it was set to do whatever the phone did (i.e. No sound) and just thought it was bad design. Good to hear that it's not the way it's supposed to be and potentially could be fixed
