IOS app not waking R1S

I have a new issue that recently popped up. Neither my wife’s phone nor mine can wake our R1S remotely. If we are within Bluetooth range, PaaK works fine. Another issue I noticed is that when checking the location of the vehicle, it never changes.

IOS App version 1.12.1
R1S Software Version 2023.6.2

We also have R1T, and PaaK works great. Truck is on 2023.10.1

I had a similar - but temporary - issue when the R1T was in a shop getting window film; the building's metal roof was blocking enough of the GPS signal to confuse the app's location.

Rivian support checked the signal strength at -80..
When the truck left the building and moved to the parking lot, location was corrected.
