Is Driver+ hands free in certain situations in 2023.10.1?

Has anyone with 2023.10.1 tried driver+ to see what changes were made? From the release notes, it sounds like they’ve made some changes in stop and go traffic to reduce hands on nags. What did they change exactly?

I would not consider Driver+ to be hands-free under any circumstance. I use it every day but would not take my hands off the wheel at all.

I think it's referring to erroneous hands-on-the-wheel notices. I get them periodically in both ACC and Driver+ situations when my hands (and sometimes knee) are definitely making contact.
