Definitely keeping the eGolf. It’s such a delightful little car and is super efficient. Managed to pick it up right before the pandemic and all of the associated supply-related insanity new for super cheap. It’s mostly my daughter’s commuter for school until she heads off for college.Yup, that was us! Glad you were still able to make it, I was thinking you were forced to take 84 or Tunitas. 2.82 mi/kWh is impressive. I’m assuming we’re going to average around 2 mi/kWh with our 20 ATs. We have a little Mini Cooper electric that gets closer to 4 mi/kWh that we’ll use for commuting and zipping around town. This is our first time being a fully EV household…we’ll see how it goes. Are you planning on keeping your e-golf?
The R1T is an upgrade from our ‘19 Tundra and while I miss the vroom-vroom noises, my inner child is delighted by all the other goodies the R1T brings to bear. I’m thrilled to (mostly) not sending money to oil companies …. and will be selling our last ICE car soon.
