Hey all--I havent done a deep dive so this may have been covered 10x over but I just returned my R1S after 10 months due to Third Party Ruling and got into a R1T with more range and more beef so if anyone needs help with the process or has any questions I'm happy to share or help where I can. I think it does change slightly from state to state but I got every penny back, plus payments and was given a free pass on over mileage (3k!) so if youre having tons of issues its a timing and numbers game to an extent and if my experience can help anyone I'm happy to do so. Side note, this week weith heavy rain on my property I pulled a UPS truck, a NYSEG power truck and teamed up with a F-350 to pull a 20,000 lb Case bulldozer out of upstate NY mud (can you hear the chest thumping?)

How many issues did you have? My R1s has spent at least a cumulative month in the shop over the last 11 mos of ownership and I hate how trucky it feels. It’s the worst driving new vehicle I’ve ever owned

Congrats! I am new R1S owners and my deivery was a mess, the vehicle had numerous issues. I have requested them to replace the vehicle, and it’s working its way through “management”. I would be glad to hear any advice and your process.

Well, it's built on a truck-style box frame. Seems like someone didn't do their research.

I’ve driven grand wagoneers and expedition XLs and they don’t ride horribly.

I was driving behind an r1t and I could literally see every jitter and jolt being transmitted to the body.

And yes I did extensive research including a ride along and two test drives.

I even took it to service because I thought mine was delivered broken. Nope. Just a crappy ride

I’m sure you have but play around with suspension settings. Some modes are a little rougher especially lowering it. I keep everything moderate and it rides fine. Still a truck but I knew that’s what I was getting. Also owned Land Cruisers and Range Rovers, this def drives more like a cruiser which I really like. Hope yours gets sorted.

I just completed a 2K mile road trip in a Grand Wagoneer 2024 and it is worse in just about every way to my trimax.

Clearly....ride quality is subjective. Don't folks do test drives anymore before buying a new vehicle?

Amazing that I feel far fewer "jitters and jolts" in my T than any of my previous vehicles, but you are able to "see" them while driving behind my truck?
